I purchased this dryer from Best Buy on July 9, 2025, paying over $1,300. Less than a month later, on August 1, 2025, it stopped working completely. To make matters worse, Best Buy scheduled an appointment for today, Saturday (8/9/25), between 12:00 PM and 4:30 PM to repair or replace it—and never showed up or even notified us. Extremely disappointing product quality and customer service.

If you’d like to share your feedback with Best Buy regarding the missed appointment, their customer service can be reached at 1 (888) 237-8289. If the dryer doesn’t seem to have power at all, we recommend checking the fuse/circuit breaker; some electric dryers use two fuses/breakers, and if only one is operating that can cause an issue. Troubleshooting tips for your model are available starting on page 38 of the manual, which can be viewed on our GE Appliances website when you look up the model number and go to the product’s page. I would love to give a review on this item i purchased, but i still do not gave it. Delivery drivers accidentally broke it and had to take it back and no one from best buy has contacted me yet to set up a new delivery.

Best Buy delivered a dryer that was wrong voltage. No problem they scheduled a pick up. They texted and said they would be at the house in an hour. I sent someone to meet them and Best Buy didn’t show up. They did this 4 times. Each time I had to call and spend an hour trying to speak with someone. They told me I would be compensated for the 4 cancels since I’d had to send someone to meet then 4 times. When I tried to find out what my compensation was for the 4 cancellations, I was transferred again and again because they didn’t want to honor their promise. I will never spend money at Best Buy again because the customer service is nonexistent.

I can’t speak about product because the website has a lot of products that are false advertisement. Purchased a stackable washer dryer needed 120v electric dryer it was really 220v purchased another stackable electric dryer that says 120v product was really 220 took off both times for delivery one of the times it was in back order waited just for it to be a 220 went to store they reassured me it was a 120v but they were wrong too

Love this Dryer! Bought the matching washer and they pair together for smart functionality. But you don’t have to do that if you just want a traditional set up. Dries clothes very well and very quickly. Handles large bulky stuff with ease - no more sending out my comforters! It’s also balanced well and isn’t too noisy which I appreciate.
