Service call after only 1 month! Pitiful !!!
We are extremely disappointed that we had to make a service call after 1 month. After that, we were told there are no service technicians in our area. Really Germantown has over 100,00 people and no technicians within 5 miles of our residence? It took over 1 month to finally get service for repairs. don't confuse purchase date with DELIVERY DATE. They are very different. We had to call less than one month after the products were delivered and installed.
