I love this product...very affordable and great quality. I have recommended this product to friends and family. They also purchased it and enjoy it as much as I do. I like that it's an energy saver and very easy to install. It didn't require any tools and it's a do it yourself product. The WiFi features is awesome and very easy to set up. It allows me to control the temperature when I'm away from home and that's a plus for me.

I've had this AC for three years and it's held up. It DOES smell musty at the beginning of the season and occasionally thereafter, but it gets the job done. It cools our entire downstairs (living room, dining room, kitchen, office), so it's a great way to save money instead of buying two ACs.

We've got a 600 sq ft apartments on the bottom floor an purchased this to keep the place cool for summer do to my hubbys mom that lives with us. Rite off the bat i can tell you this it doea cool down a 2bedroom apartment thats about 600 sq ft as i said before i keep it on eco mode on 64 which is the lowest temp fan speed from either medium or high speed. I thought the utility bill was gonna be high an snot but it wasnt the eco mode does help, love you can control it with an app, compatible with alexa or google. Believe me you wont be dissatisfied with this an yes i read other reviews and decided to buy it anyway. Its not loud like a someone said an honestly i would buy this exact one again for sure. Easy installation, cools fast . It’s my 2nd GE product 1st was 10k now for bigger space got 14k btu . Smart WiFi works good .takes time to setup but once done works good . I would recommend

Got this purchase a month ago and it seems to be working great. Our living room and kitchen are connected, with approximately 600 ft or more. It cools down both rooms in time. It is also convenient to have an app to control it. A control comes with the system as well if you do not want to use the app. But overall I don’t have much complaints. It is A little loud but in is nothing that beats a cool down in the hot desert summer. The sound is actually “soothing” as my toddler loves to nap with it on.

This air conditioner works great and the WiFi feature makes it easy to turn off when we forget. Little bit louder that I had hoped but still a great unit.

Easy to install. Easily cools my house of 1200 sq foot. Tad noisey though but no big deal. This was a much cheaper alternative to buying a brand new nearly $10k house ac unit and can do just as much. Will be sticking with this window unit.

This AC cooled my spacious living room like no other less-powerful unit I’ve had to date. The smart phone feature is a handy feature and not difficult to understand and navigate. It’s a heavier unit, but it packs incredible cooling capabilities.

This is the first time I have ordered on-line from Best Buy, and the unit arrived when promised and was well packaged. The company kept me well informed regarding the delivery. I am quiet satisfied with the purchasing department. When I selected this unit I chose it because it operated on a 110 volt circuit, and the area I wanted to cool was 700 sq. Ft. (A Kitchen, Living Room, Den and Bed Room). I knew when I selected the unit I would have to remove a window and build a platform to support it. Being 83-years old, and working alone, it took me almost a week to get it installed. When I checked it out I found the remote control was missing (it was there when I unpacked the unit), so I haven't checked out the remote control functions. I don't have any complaints, but my wife complains that the fan is to loud, even on low speed. My daughter was unable to install the app to my cell phone, but I don't really need that utility. The Best Buy price was a little higher than some of the competitors, but the competition charged shipping and didn't have any units in stock. In the end, since I needed shipping, Best Buy had the best buy, delivered what it promised, and I am satisfied with my purchase.

Blows super cold and is pretty quiet, only issue we have is inbtween the filter and grate there is an opening that seems to suck in dust and clog the coils, not sure if its meant to be like that or we lost a piece along the way. But other than that super happy and cool in this louisiana heat!

Held off writing a review for a while to see if some of the problems that have been reviewed happened over time so far product has been over all good works well one major drawback is how often you have to clean the filter if you don't it will freeze over have had it completely iced over that took hours to get to thaw even with a hair dryer other than that product has worked amazing runs long-term in a garage with 10 ft vaulted ceiling keeps it a very comfortable 70 to 74 even during the hot California Summers

The answer to my problem finally, i have this installed in a living room open plan with the kitchen. i live in an apt above a car port and my place gets HOT HOT HOT, i have tried portable ac with the same btu and window ac with less btu and none of it worked, but this one right here is the best one. IT IS APPLE HOME KIT COMPATIBLE. the packaging nor website mentioned apple only Google and Alexa BUT THIS IS APPLE HOME KIT COMPATIBLE! i turn it on when we are about 10 min away from the house in the middle of the day 95 degree outside and in 10 min inside it is super fresh!!!! my wife now wears a sweater and sweats inside the apt because this AC gets that cold for us.

Have owned and used this for an entire summer before writing this review. This A/C unit cools the entire 1st floor of my house on Low Cool setting. About 850sf. Very powerful unit even though it uses a regular old wall outlet. It IS heavy. I would recommend adding a strong support outside of the window sill to support it. And its handy to have another person around when installing and removing for the off-season.

Replaced a 10,000 btu unit with this. Sure happy I did with the continuous hot weather. Its heavy, plan on leaving it in window through winter. Works as it should , nice cold air, comes with remote, works well with app & Google home.

This replaced the primary AC in my house that had just died. I bought it sight unseen based on reviews and am very please. It's not the quietest but it's a good cooling AC without any issues I've found so far. Installation was fast and easy.

Cools a 20 x 30 with 16’ ceiling room with adjoining master bathroom to a consistent 66° at night in summer. Used in conjunction with central ac on 72°. Remote and controls work well. Not too loud, can still watch tv with volume up a little more than usual. Don’t like that it resets to eco mode every time it’s turned off but that’s just an inconvenience not a flaw.
