    Easy to Direct connect these bulbs with alexa

    These bulbs are much easier to use than the previous Bluetooth bulbs. Connect well without using a plug.

    Great product! Works well will Google Assistant. Colors really give the living room and bedrooms a pop.

    There okay they seem to always disconnect from the Alexa app but can’t complain for the price.

    Consider smart switch instead

    Great light bulbs, but only fit standard lamps. And using smart switches is better. Bulbs are pretty expensive.

    Both this light . It doesn’t connect to my internet cause it says it need 2.4ghz it won’t connect to a 5ghz router at all.

      All Cync devices are compatible with 2.4GHz Wi-Fi networks and are currently unsupported by 5GHz. Most routers are 'mesh' and rely on both 2.4GHz and 5GHz respectively. In most cases, you are able to speak with your internet provider and have them 'split' the two. When this happens, you are able to view the two connections separately. In your mobile device it will show as '*network name* 2.4GHz* and *network name 5GHz* and you can select one or the other when setting up Smart Devices. It is entirely dependent on the router you have! Please contact us directly at 1-844-302-2943 should you have further questions or concerns. -Cync Support Team

    This item is the worst smart bulb I have ever owned. They do not stay connected. If your power ever goes out they lose connection If your router or modem reboots they go down and they don’t come back up for days. Stay away from this brand. There’s many YouTube videos about how bad these are.

    Safety and Convenience With this "Smart" Product

    Love these smart bulbs! I never have to walk into a dark house again! And I never have to leave my home dark because I didn't get there before the darkness did. With remote access, I can turn on and off lights as I wish. When on vacation, I just need to remember to switch lights on and off manually so there is no set schedule so it really does look like I am home! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

    Great Bulbs!!

    Bought these bulbs to replace smart plugs that I had purchased several years ago from a different manufacturer. The dimming and color changing features are an excellent upgrade from the smart plugs. I purchased a greater number of bulbs than what I had smart plugs and use them in several other locations in my house. The bulbs work well, and they were easy to setup for use with google assistant.
