Easy to install…almost.

The QR codes are ridiculously small in order to scan to set up for Home, and I never could set it up. But overall, the plug does what it is meant to do and is easy to set up

Cync outdoor plug

I’m using it outside for my Christmas lights, I can ask Alexa to turn them on or off or I can use the Cync app. The cool thing is I can turn the lights on when I’m not even home. I needed a little help getting it synced properly with Alexa but once that was done it worked beautifully! Love it!!!

Perfect smart plug for Outdoor Xmas lights

Great for outside Christmas inflatables

Bought for my Christmas inflatables and love the fact that you can schedule them to go on or off and even turn on remotely wherever you are from your phone or tablet. 4 seasons outdoor electricity control

There is an outdoor plug, but being able to turn it on with tromping through knee deep snow, and even if we are away from home and would like to have the walkway clear in our return to home in the winter, this seems to be the solution. Having internet Google Home/Amazon Alexa control gives you access from afar. Since I got this in August, it will be a few months before I give it a real road test, but a "dry run" in August seems to be functioning well: switching on and off via the iPhone app, and inside via voice commands.
