I am only giving this experience a five-star review because I was informed by the staff that helped us at the store when we returned this item that this rating only would apply to them and not the entire experience. They were wonderful.
Prior to that, you deserved a 1, if that. This damaged item has taken hours of our time, both before it was delivered (contrary to our request not to deliver it while we were out of town) and after. At this point, you should be paying us. You can review this experience in your notes. I will be sharing this horrible experience with your company far and wide. I must say that the individual people I have spoken to have been helpful, although speaking to customer service in a non-English-speaking country has had its share of frustration.

Okay, it's a little more expensive ($400) but: Sleek, quiet, tons of options, "smart" capabilities... This is an excellent machine, and we (informally) tested it against another GE, and LG and a Toshiba. Won hands down, and now it's installed in our kitchen!
