When we picked it up, there was no box, no documents and a large dent in the door, apparently from tipping forward onto the handle. However, we accepted it "as is" and took it home. I then invested about $100 to purchase/replace the necessary items for installation (GE's website was VERY helpful and informative). So far, it runs great, with no leaks, and is very, very quiet. Overall, we're quite satisfied with our purchase.

The soap is always not completely utilized. So I see leftover little bit of soap in the dispenser area all the time. Also even i rinse the cups, the stains are still there for stronger coffee. Not satisfied

The most likely cause for this issue is that some of your dishes or utensils are blocking the detergent cup. You can reposition the dishes, so the water from the lower spray arm can flush the detergent cup. Cleans really well and it it wasn't for the indicator on the front, you couldn't tell it is running. The installer Felix did a great job

At the time he left, he knew that he is doing incorrect installation. When i used it after he left, it start to leake. I asked best buy to not to send him again to fix the issue, but they again send the same guy. He was rude. I asked best buy to send me a replacement unit, and he stared to argue that i will not give you a units uness i buy a new brand or model.

In fact, I looked at the panel and the dishwasher indicated it was washing. I put my ear to the door the first night just to make sure. We love it.
