Sent two groups of people to my house. No gloves poor mask hygine, touched all my counters unnecessarily. shockingly terrible experience with an install. Threw out my old unit then said my new doesn't fit. My advisor Jacob has been ghosting for days now. Best Buy promised me a 24hr call back we're on day three now. been on hold for over an hour 3 times this week already. everyone I get a hold of says "Sorry but there's nothing this department can can do" they then returned the unit I purchased without my consent and can't tell me why of if that's even allowed. I'm supposedly an elite member too. Hate to think of what they do to people who aren't. Go anywhere else.

I love this oven. I'm glad that another brand order fell through and that I ended up with the GE Profile. However, I do agree with other customers who have said that the timer notification at the end of cooking or microwaving is not loud enough. One doesn't hear it unless they are in the kitchen close-by. Back to the plus side, delivery and installation of the oven was on schedule with no delays, which was not the case with the other brand where delivery was delayed time and time again. I finally said "enough" and ordered the GE. Plus we rec'd over $1000 price difference credit.

So far so good, the GE oven has been a great addition to our home and a much needed replacement of an old GE oven

This combination Microwave and oven fit perfectly. The Microwave heats quickly working the control panel is a little different from the standard units

Cheap looking not impressed with the look of it . Does its job. Not good value for the money at two and a half thousand.

First this combo does cooking like you would expect. The Microwave part can act as a small convection oven and it is actually quite good. The Oven is fancy enough to do most cooking but... In our experience, It takes "forever" to heat up to any temperature you might want and the automatic temp drop when cooking with convection is something that one has to learn to deal with. My lady says that there is a beep when the oven is finished preheating -- but I've never heard it. I also have never heard the beep when the microwave has finished it's cook cycle. The timer's bell is loud enough for me to hear however.

So far combo oven is great. Do note that microwave door opens down and not side to side

The oven is great, cooks evenly, same with the microwave wave, love the settings. I highly recommend it.

We were limited with options to replace our 27" microwave/oven, but have been pleased with our purchase. Love the microwave door that lowers instead of swinging to the side. Also enjoy the convection bake option with the upper oven. Allows the use of 2 ovens when needed.

oven is amazing, installers were great would buy again

Love the oven, was a good upgrade over a 16 year old GE profile combo. Have used the dual oven feature several times. The only reason I pulled the star is that it doesn’t have a potato option in the microwave cook option. We used that all the time before. Convection works well and you get used to the control scheme pretty quickly.

Much nicer looking than the old model. Haven’t tried the convection function yet.

Poor installation, microwave shorted out possibly from poor installation or it was a faulty unit and was returned. After rescheduling three times this unit was efficiently uninstalled and the return was efficient and credited to my account the same day.

Like this convection combo but the controls for both are at the top and share a common button/ dial. The left side of the button is for the microwave controls and the right for the oven below. To me it seems backwards but I am sure I will get use to it. It was a little pricey but all wall ovens are.

So far I love the oven and microwave combo. We bought it to replace one that was 18 years old. It is much quieter than our old one and cooks more evenly.

Very well designed. Clean lines. Perhaps the best performing oven we’ve ever owned. Controls are easy to use.

I love this product. It multi-tasks between microwave and convection on the top and convection-regular bake on the bottom. You can make a perfect turkey, pork or beef roast using the temperature probe on the convection oven - enter the desired internal temp and the meat is magically done to perfection: All you have to do is wait for the “ready beep”. The oven will hold your roast till you are ready to serve it. Where have you been all my life?

Great enhanced unit. Updated my kitchen. Very pleased the many options available. Very attractive. Pleased with purchase.

We have a very small area for our builtin and this unit is perfect!! Just love it.
