I love our new wall oven! The microwave is spacious and the convection oven cooks evenly! So glad we got it!

Great unit for your average cooks. Simple to use. Self cleaning works great.

So far, so good. Microwave is huge! The audible signal for end of cycle on the micro is way too quiet and cannot be adjusted. We solved this by using the oven timer as well which has a loud enough signal. Install was a breeze.

Our combo wall unit looks fantastic changed our whole outlook ,makes you continue on the other units beware lol

I love my microwave and oven, simple and efficient.

We decided to go with all GE Profile appliances for our remodel. The other appliances are great which surprises me that this oven is a downgrade. The main problem is the microwave. From looking at the outside, my wife didn't like the looks of just the knob instead of a keypad that is on almost every other appliance. Little did we know that knob actually reduced functionality. I wish I had read the reviews instead of just looking in the store and listening to the salesman. Like others have said, the microwave time can only be set in 15-second increments. Unbelievable. My very first microwave in 1987 could do better! I did discover a workaround though. I have a product I microwave every morning and the first part of the instructions is for 50 seconds. I start it at 1 minute and after 1 second, open the door. At that time for some reason, you can now adjust the time by 5-second increments!! If it was this way all the time, the use may be acceptable. When the microwave is done, hopefully, you can hear the very tiny ding. This is the quietest ding I have heard on any appliance ever. The microwave then keeps running because the oven says it is "cooling". I am guessing it is because of the convection use of the upper oven, but as everybody knows, that is not needed for a microwave. With the technology today, I am shocked that GE actually accepted the design of this appliance. We have even considered buying an additional microwave for the countertop just because of the lack of functionality of this one. Please look at other brands for the double combination oven.

The controls are not user friendly but we got used to them. Overall it’s a good product.

Convection work flawlessly, even cooking. Racks are very sturdy and can support heavy pots even when you pull the rack out. I got the 27’ model I like how deep the microwave is, and can accept large cookware.

Easy and efficient to use. The six oven rack positions and the roll out oven rack make baking ultra efficient. The Slate finish lends an excellent look to the unit.

This replaced my kitchenaid micro/oven combo. The kitchenaid was a much better product. It came with literally no information about how to use the convection ovens. It also has very little choices on any of the dials For example how long to micro a potato or any popular items. It did not come with any browning pans or racks for convection either. The dial is used for all choices which again are limited. You can only use increments of 15 seconds to reheat or cook in microwave. I would never get another ge product.

Good convection feature but makes loud noise sometimes when heating

The user interface is made of menus of menus, with one rotating device. not user friendly. the microwave has a sensor reheat, but it limits you to a list of preset items. So if you have pizza, you're OK but for me, a casserole is a pot, not a type of food..In other words they have a sensor but you cannot use it. The lower oven, that is the he normal oven is fine. But it uses the same idiotic user interface..so..Now, if one had been able to turn the power on at Best Buy, for the ovens on display, I would have seen that interface problem, and bought another brand. The vendor promissed lots if things for installation time...but they turned out to be empty promisses.

It was everything she wanted, and the installation went great!

Only had it a couple weeks when the inside oven glass shattered sure hope it's not a defect. Other than that the lol and use appear to be ok. Reason for average score.
