However the top is glass and I think it will scratch easily and look worn quickly. Requires a lot of caution for an every day appliance. My house was set up for a down draft cook top and options are limited for this type of stove. Happy working with Best Buy on the purchase, delivered on time and good customer service.

My mom had to get a downdraft and this was one of a couple units that fit. It works great and my mom likes it. Downdraft is strong and has better features than her previous gas range. Also, easy to clean.

Next best thing to gas! Love the "Hot" warning lights when the burner is off, but still too hot to touch. This unit replaced an 18 yo GE Cooktop. The unit fit perfectly in the existing countertop opening. Unfortunately, GE changed the downdraft ductwork configuration causing additional installation work not covered by normal installation.

Really like the bridge for using larger pans and griddle. Also like the indicator lights to know which burners are hot.

Every knob has so many ways and levels it can cook including bridging so I am in awe.

Love the locking feature for the knobs especially with little children in the house. The black surface is easier to keep clean and bright. The various heating elements give you the right heated surface for multiple types of pans.
