If I could give 0 stars, I would. I had the range delivered. Defective. It could get no power to the controls. BestBuy took it back immediately. I agreed to accept the same model in exchange. Second range delivered. All induction elements and oven worked. It says that fingerprints won't show - oh my. WRONG! I have NEVER had any appliance show fingerprints like this unit - a small touch and the smudge was huge, and I have very dry skin. It was so bad that it looked filthy. I spent hours wiping it down while trying to hook up the WiFi and Bluetooth which didn't work. At 8:00 PM, I got the app. The only way the app would identify it was when I scanned the QR code. It showed the Bluetooth item. I tried to hook up to WiFi - the WiFi and Bluetooth are DEFECTIVE! The app found a GE dryer down the street from me. But it kept saying to bring my device close to the appliance I wanted to hook up. How much closer than standing in front of it and laying my phone on top of it can a person be? I finally gave up at 6:00 A.M. I'm sending it back. They want me to take the same one again - let me think - hmmm - NO! Then they wanted to send a repairman for a one-day-old appliance. Um, again - NO! I'm trying to find an acceptable unit for exchange.
