I think the design of the drum with its rib indentations is a bad design.

Your limited on how much of a load you can wash. More than two pair of jeans the drum will not spin. More than two bath towels same thing. At this rate it will take a month to wash a weeks worth of clothes. why have such a large capacity that can not be utilized. Best buy is going to replace lets hope its just the unit I have.

It now won't spin or drain. Best Buy can't come out for several days so we are forced to have several inches of water sitting in the washer until Best Buy can find time to come out. The washer is not dependable.

Love the quick rinse and spin cycle. The ultra fresh feature is awesome. Our prior brand washer always had a sour smell, which caused clothes to have a smell as well. Only negative, obviously a little a pricey, but would buy again.

When this order was placed it was back ordered. Why wasn’t I asked if I still wanted to proceed, when they delivered, it’s twin was not with it so it went back had to rate this product anyway
