I think the design of the drum with its rib indentations is a bad design.

Your limited on how much of a load you can wash. More than two pair of jeans the drum will not spin. More than two bath towels same thing. At this rate it will take a month to wash a weeks worth of clothes. why have such a large capacity that can not be utilized. Best buy is going to replace lets hope its just the unit I have.

Told me the washer was for big loads and come to find out 2 years later it was not. In less than 2 years it gave out, I didn’t purchase the insurance thinking it was gonna last awhile.

It now won't spin or drain. Best Buy can't come out for several days so we are forced to have several inches of water sitting in the washer until Best Buy can find time to come out. The washer is not dependable.
