First, the dark grey color goes well my laundry room. The front load feature is convenient, easy to access and way better than I thought, because I never had a front load machine before. Surprisingly this is a really great option to have, and it gets the job done. It can hold large loads, is super quiet, and even with large loads, the cloths comes out smelling fresh and clean.

I love that the spin cycle gets clothes pretty dry without stretching clothes. The vent system for the door keeps it from getting the usual front loader smell.

It washes good but was quite a bit loud through out the wash cycle, especially for our open floor plan. We will return for another unit.

It stopped working Oct 27th. Its under warranty but its taken GE now over a month to get someone to come out and it still hasn't been fixed. The guy they got to come out doesn't even work on GE products, doesn't know what is wrong, ordered a bunch of parts and is hoping to get it to work. THIS is is supposed to be top of the line???
