Omgggggg I so love this smart set! I got it especially because it's my favorite color blue but I love all it's features. I'm learning how to work it but it's awesome!

Dryer was dead on arrival ... never made heat. The installation techs didn't bother to check. 2 weeks later new installation techs came out and confirmed the dryer doesn't make heat. Crazy to me that the box is full of sensors but has NOTHING to test to see if a gas dryer does not heat up when it's supposed too ... not one error code ... insane.
Originally ordered over 2 months ago ... delivered 3 weeks ago ... still waiting for one that works ...
It DOES tumble ... but doesn't make heat, so we've been air drying our clothes for over a month ... it's pretty noisy and seems to be thrown together ... not high quality fit and finish ...

I purchased this washer and dryer set, it is absolutely beautiful and works perfectly! The delivery folks said that I did not purchase a water holes with my order and that’s the only way for my order to be installed is that I would have to purchase a holes “I should cash app him $30” in order for my washer and dryer to be installed. I found to be CRAZY being that Im a total care member which pays for all deliveries and installation.

This is the second LG washing machine I have bought the last one last 15 years with no problems it is clean looking easy to use gives lots of options. We definitely buy again

Love it works great and looks good had to have it taken apart and professionally cleaned out for excessive noise though and change gets under the fins in the drum very easily

Works great…extremely efficient and powerful. It makes doing laundry less of a chore and simplifies the process…at least it did for me.
We want to help resolve any issue you're having with the drying time. We recommend making sure there's no issue with the ducting, and it's clean and free of kinks. Making sure the lint filter is clean is also recommended. Troubleshooting tips regarding the drying time are available on pages 15 and 16 of the manual; that manual is available on the Best Buy product page when you view the Features section and scroll to the bottom. We also have an article about the topic on our GE Appliances website, titled "Dryer - Taking Too Long To Dry Clothes or Not Drying at All"; that can be viewed when you look up the title and click the Support tab. If you aren't able to resolve this issue with troubleshooting, a service appointment can be scheduled with our Bodewell team by calling 833-426-3393. They are available Monday – Friday, 8AM – 8PM ET.

Stopped working after 2 years was impressed at first then it just wouldn’t turn on anymore keeps saying the door is open when it’s not when you can get it to turn on etc.

Great drying ability, with lots of drying options to choose from. At times, clothes are not completely dry when the dryer shuts off, so I'm still learning which drying options work best for my needs.

I would give a 5 star review and maybe this is my fault but the dryer had no cord on it. Didnt realise it until i went to hook it up. Learning experience. Check open box items before you purchase them
