Didnt realise it until i went to hook it up. Learning experience. Check open box items before you purchase them

It gives far more drying options that our old (repaired 3x) LG dryer. The fact that it connects to our home wi-fi and speaks via Alexa lets us know when a cycle is complete. And we can program the GE with our android phone. A World Class product!

Posted .We want to help resolve any issue you're having with the drying time. We recommend making sure there's no issue with the ducting, and it's clean and free of kinks. Making sure the lint filter is clean is also recommended. Troubleshooting tips regarding the drying time are available on pages 15 and 16 of the manual; that manual is available on the Best Buy product page when you view the Features section and scroll to the bottom. We also have an article about the topic on our GE Appliances website, titled "Dryer - Taking Too Long To Dry Clothes or Not Drying at All"; that can be viewed when you look up the title and click the Support tab.
