My lower oven trim was delivered damaged. Would like for it to be replaced.

THIS OVEN LOOKS GREAT IN MY KITCHEN. CONVECTION WORKS GREAT

We were shopping for a washing machine and ended up with this oven. Old built in was close to 30 yrs. old. This is a great upgrade with much larger oven capacity. Only negative so far is the noise it makes when preheating.

This oven is the fastest preheating oven I have ever owned, After I turn it on and start getting the food ready to put into the oven, it is normally preheated before I am ready!

Love our new oven. Much quicker pre heating on Convential than on regular bake. Easy installation and perfect fit from my old GE oven.

Great Oven! Works Great and Looks Great! Love it! It is Great!

GE is the worst company ever. Not only did our old Profile oven literally catch fire and melt on the inside and almost burn down our house, the new one came in and immediately started with an error of F7E. suggestions were to flip the breaker for 10-15 minutes which I did and it worked again for a short time. Later that same day the keys became unresponsive at all. I contacted GE on a Monday and had to re-troubleshoot everything. Eventually after about and hour of doing the same things I had told her I ALREADY had done twice in most cases the lady told me it looks like its a bad keypad and we will schedule service. The earliest they could schedule service was for the next Thursday, 10 days later! We had already been without an oven for over a month at this point. The Tuesday before the call the technician contacts me and says it's the keypad I need to order one and it will take about a week. Why didn't they order it when I was told what it was 8 days prior? Needless to say this is going back and I will never purchase a GE product ever again.
