    I ordered this electric range online with delivery, installation, and removal of old stove and was assigned a delivery date of Wednesday 5/27. On the evening of 5/27 I received a call from the ‘Geek Squad’ informing me that their delivery truck had broken down and they would need to reschedule the delivery. Trucks break down, no biggie. He called me back Thursday morning and rescheduled delivery for Saturday before noon. Saturday Noon came and went with no stove so I called the Geek Squad back and waited for half an hour. The CSR answers and looks up my info. All he could say was that delivery still needs to be scheduled- how’s June 7th? I explain how we removed our faulty stove and placed it in the garage last Tuesday to make this transition smooth. Getting the stove late by 3 days- fine, but now you want to add 8 more days? I know this stove is sitting here in town, how can this be? He says he is transferring me to “Delivery” to see what they can do. The line transfers to a message which tells me that there may be a delay before they answer to better serve me. I wait on hold there for an hour before I let them win by waiting me out. I go to the online scheduler and schedule my appointment for next Sunday. I guess it’s microwave dinners for the next 8 days, assuming that they will eventually make it here. Who knows?
