Customers are saying

Customers regard the UltraPro Bar HD 400 Indoor Amplified Antenna favorably for its picture quality and ease of use, with many also appreciating its compact size and attractive design. However, a significant number of users reported issues with reception and signal strength, leading to some dissatisfaction. While some found the channel selection adequate, others felt the price point was not justified by the performance. The antenna's setup was generally considered straightforward.

Finally replaced our ancient antenna with this one. A bit pricey I would say, but it does it's job and picks up channels that the old one couldn't.

Not the best. Bought to cut the cord on pay tv. Some days it works well others not at all reminds me of antennas as a kid I wonder if aluminum foil would fix this item. When it works it's great but you need to move it every day and for every channel.

The antenna works great here downtown Boise Idaho. Before using the amplifier the antenna was able to pick-up ~12 channels on the TV. After using the amplifier, it picks-up ~25 channels. It can be a little bit finicky at times, meaning that just a slight move in the antenna or cable can change station pick-up. But still feel that it deserves the full amount of stars.

This was my first attempt at a powered HD Antenna and I must say that it is a bit disappointing. It advertises for 60+ mile range but can only get some of the local channels. I rated it a 3 because the channels I can get have outstanding quality.

When it works the channels come in clear and I was able to get many channels except for 6 ABC. The problem is that it looses connection for whatever reason. It looks nice but it's not reliable.

This antenna was a disappointment - it does pick up a lot of channels but we have to move it around to keep the channels and to fine tune them. I would recommend it for someone living in an area with limited obstructions.

After buying another TV, I needed another antenna for when I actually have time to watch TV. The lady at best buy was real helpful, and strongly recommended this antenna. After setting it up, and doing the channel search on my new tv, I was surprised to find a bunch of stations i don't watch. NBC and CBS are non-existent, and ABC comes and goes. If i'm watching football, I better not clap, or i'll lose the station. Getting a drink, lose the station. Use the microwave...station gone. Phone call...gone. Text...gone. Sitting there doing nothing...gone. I'd try a cheaper antenna before getting this. I'm just too lazy and work too much to take it back.

A good use when the networks and cables are in dispute. Wire up and watch the local channels. Also when the storms knock out your satellite

Never had an HD "over the air" picture before, this was easy to setup, Great picture and good value for money. Who knew we had so many local "free over the air" HD channels?

Had to set it up on second floor to Get 27 channels, goes in and out occasionally. Does the job for the main networks. But as I said goes in and out more than I'd like. I'm prob about 45 miles as bird flies to the major networks dishes

We finally got tired of paying $200 for cable. We went with Internet only and installed this antenna and Installed it on my wifes desk TV where we don't have access to connect the big antenna. this still picks up as many (40) channels as the big antenna and best of all, it is ALL FREE! Now we have a $60 internet fee and that is it! We use redbox or Netflix if we want to watch a movie.. I wish I had done this along time ago
