So I decided to ask adviser from Bestbuy and he told me get this one. They told me can have some hd channels, but I didn't see any after I connected. And now I have to re-search online to buy another one. I pretty sure that I'll return as soon as possible.

Our priority is to offer complete customer satisfaction for all our customers. First, make sure that the antenna is fully extended on each end. This will allow the antennas dipoles to be fully extended for better reception. The antenna must be connected to the TV and connected to a power source at all times in order for the antenna to function properly. Once these steps are complete we suggest you run another channel scan. If you are still not able to access any channels, your antenna may be over amplifying the signal. We recommend that you turn off the power inserter behind the antenna and rescan for channels again. You can use a website like www.tvfool.com to find the direction your signals are coming from and locate the antenna closer to that direction. If you have any more questions, please give us a call at 1-800-654-8483 option 1 and provide our Support Team with your ticket number 253203.
