For initial asking price, this is 100% worth what you are buying into as it is a big trend setter for 3rd person shooters. It's still fun with Co-op, and MP is as chaotic as it always was Cross play and cross save with your XBox/MS account works flawlessly.

For $40 this is great. Please don’t be discouraged in online matches, the game is challenging but fun. It rewards map knowledge and outthinking your opponents. Knowing where the are weapon spawns is half the battle!

While at times fun and enjoyable, it shows its age with the AI controlled characters in the campaign. For multiplayer, there have been various performance and balancing issues that should have been addressed better. Still a fun game, but has some rough edges. 7/10.

If you like the OG gears of wars you'll love this. It even contains all the same old scool glitches here and there. You would think its a bad think but it ads charm to the game. I still love the interaction of the characters. THis is the game that really got me in to the gears series. Can't wait for a remastered #2 & #3!
