A great remaster of the original gears of war. Dedicated servers and 60FPS does wonders for multi-player gameplay.

Cheaper and plays better than when it came out on the 360 still definitely worth picking up if you're a gears fan

I have owned and played all the GoW games since the first one came out on the X360. This is truly a game with a deep story that actually pulls you in unlike most other "story" driven games. I just recently finished this remaster and did not encounter any bugs or glitches. The huge plus side to this is that you will get GoW 2 and 3 on backwards compatibility as soon as it becomes available. Most certainly worth the $$. Tons of fun with friends. MP is a blast too.

It's gears of War with stunningreat graphica. Game play is the same as the original, but the game looks incredible. If you liked the original, you'll love this.

Gears is a classic Xbox 360 experience for most of us. The series popularized roadie runs and cover based shooting. With this edition, you know pretty much what you are getting. It is gears, but with a slightly prettier face. The graphics are improved and if you are a fan of the series it is worth checking out. If you are totally new, why not start with the best looking version of the game on modern hardware? It isn't the most lavish port, the extras here are pretty minimal, but if you love Gears of War and just wished you had a better looking version to play, then this is for you.

If you you enjoyed the game on 360, it's great to revisit on Xbox one. Had fun with the campaign all over again. Multiplayer runs well too. Good price point.

original game with present graphics, such a great job on it. brings back old memories and fun times. love it.

Gears of War is still a unique and visceral experience. The graphical update is nice, but the ability to play the multilayer online is the deal maker.

Played the original on both Xbox 360, as well as PC. I can tell you there is much improvement here. The game runs very fluidly at 1080p at 60hz on my 4K display. Game looks almost brand new and includes all DLC made for the game. Also, if you log on and play online you will be entered to receive all the other GOW titles for the Xbox One as soon as they are released. Great value, and definitely worth replaying even if you played the original.

It was great revisiting this game. The improved graphics on the Xbox One makes it feel like a new experience. The multiplayer is still as fun as ever!

Updated graphics on the Xbox one are VERY nice- looks like a current gen game. Multiplayer is also fun.
