I have had to use or consult with Geek Squad over the years. This past year my 2007 laptop got a hard drive corruptions and the GS team helped me graciously (as I had many questions and concerns) through the entire process. Best Buy would be just another retail store if it wasn’t for the Geeks! They rock! Best money I spend (renew annually) EVA!

We bought the 3-year program for our new surface lap tops and I am sooo glad we did. I got a virus on mine and had to take it to the GEEK SQUAD! The nice young man there suggested that we should bring in my husbands laptop, also. He got both fixed up for us and installed protection on both. He gave us some very useful tips, too. I do like the GEEK SQUAD!

My computer got hacked and when i took it to Best Buy they fixed it in a couple of days. Even better, i bought a plan that they will fix my computer for free for the next three years. It is wonderful not to be worrying about every click and what could happen. Any problems and Best Buy will fix my computer back to new. A total win for me!

I have little children at home, so just knowing im protected helps alot. I also was able to bring in my old PC, that was also covered. scanned and disposed of the PC under my current protection plan that covers up to 3 computers on it, no extra cost to me. AND can i just say making an appointment online ahead of time..ROCKS!! thank you

I purchased a laptop, printer, etc for my daughter to begin her freshman year at college. Upon trying to set up the printer (connect wireless to the laptop) she was having issues. She was able to reach a Geek Squad tech almost immediately and resolve the issue. Definitely worth the purchase for the support as she was many hours from home and we were not there to help her in person.

Only bought movies and a CD. Haven't used them yet. Really don't have much to say about them.. I'm surprised to even get this request. Possibly I'm meant to review the Geek Squad, in which case, the technician was very helpful and informative. I'm really glad I decided to pay for the Geek Squad as I now have online as well as store assistance.

If you get a car, you get insurance. Likewise if you get a computer, you get Geek Squad. I used them in the past for my stupid MacBook and they helped me out. I bought this again for my new Surface Pro and will be going to them again with my old stupid MacBook because that’s covered in this deal (sweet). This is one of those “must haves”.

The Geek Squad team members not only installed the software I purchased but also migrated my previous laptop's contents to my new laptop. I also appreciated their recommendations to create more storage for my new laptop... and they were respectful all the while. The funny mention is related to their sense of humor while working with them.

Altho online commuter assistance apps may seem more convenient than taking a computer into a store and leaving it for repair, the pervasive online problem of being able to determine easily whether or not the online assistance is a scam outweighs any potential inconvenience and does not involve the risks of fraud or identity theft.

My husband and I are at best novices when it comes to being tech savvy. Having both technical support on line and remotely as well as in the store has given us tremendous peace of mind. In the month that we have had the service, we feel it has already paid for itself as our computers are operating more efficiently and effectively.

Purchased a new Samsung dishwasher and have thus far used it just twice. I was blown away by how quiet it was compared to my last one. The installer told me how to operate this. It was in easy to understand what he said. Still have yet to read the owner's manual. Yeah, I know better. The first load was a heavy one but came out sparkling.

I suspected a hard drive problem when my PC just stopped working. I did not buy the PC at BB but I wanted to keep the PC so I brought it into the BB Geek Squad. They replaced the hard drive and loaded Windows back so all I had to do was boot it up. My backups were not current so a lot data was lost, but all is good now. Thanks BB.

Overall I was pleased with the service I received! The only issue I have was that I inquired about having Microsoft Office put back onto my Laptop after the Hard-Drive crashed! I had the reference codes, but I was told by the Geek Squad Rep that they were not able to load the Office due to being blocked to my E-Mail by their server!!!

My technician was very courteous and professional. He made me feel better about knowing that my home network was secure and that nothing was done to my computer when I thought I was talking to a technician from Microsoft and let him into my brand new computer! I know now I will only let the Geek Squad near my computer! Thank You

Over the last two years had difficulty with my previous computer and each time the Geek Squad handled the situation with professional service. Ultimately the computer failed but they helped with suggestions on what to look for in my new computer. Love having the back up of the Geek Squad should a problem arise!

My computer was locking up but was not consistant. It might lock up they as soon as it was turned on or last several hours and then lock up at a most inconvient time. I left the computer with them and in less than 48 hrs I was called to say it was ready. It has not repeated the lock up since that time.

Bought the 2-year Geek Squad service for 3 computers. I have already had my Lenovo PC laptop and my MAC laptop tuned up to remove viruses, adware, etc., operating systems software updated to latest versions, and WebRoot internet Security software installed. They now operate like new without delays and glitches! Thank you Geek Squad!

I took my computer in after being hacker and scammed and the Geek Squad fixed the problem and protected the computer , I should have done this when it first happened but I did not know what to do until a friend told me to take it to the Geek Squad At Best Buy . Thank You GREAT work my computer works like new again !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am absolutely Beyond happy with the service I received. It was easy to make an appointment online and easy to come in at my scheduled time. The entire experience was wonderful. Everything was clearly explain to me in terms I could understand as I am not very tech-savvy. The gentleman that helped me, he was just the best!!!!

Despite 40 plus years with computers and software, decided the best way to stay current is to let the GS do it. I had them install a new disk unit, reload Windows 10 and install a new anti-virus product. Couldn't be happier with the results. Plus price included a year's worth of support. Knowing that support is there is a good feeling.
