I never write reviews on anything, but the service I got when I needed my car radio installed was more than perfect. They where very clear on the time frame they needed to get the job done and at the end it was like half an hour less (they had to do custom labor on it), it was way more than I expected, totally recommend the Perimeter store in Atlanta, GA

I recently purchased a stereo deck for my son's Honda Civic and had it installed at Best Buy. Without a doubt, this was an excellent experience. The agent was knowledgeable and owns a Civic, so he was very familiar with the vehicle and had the install done in no time. I would highly recommend Best Buy for their products, prices and installations!

I CAN SAY THAT MIKE THE INSTALLER KNOWS HIS STUFF. HE DID ALL THE WORK QUICK AN PROFFESSIONAL.HE PUT MY KENWOOD DECK AN FOUR SPEAKERS IN MY DOORS. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE INSTALL SERVICE AT THE SLIDELL,LA STORE.AS A MATTER OF FACT IM HAVING MIKE DO THE INSTALL ON MY AMP TOMORROW.5 PLUS STARS FOR THE WORK IV HAD DONE SO FAR.THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!

I got a Clarion DXZ385USB stereo receiver installed in my Cobalt. It was awesome getting the chance to watch them switch it all out as it is a cool procedure. Anyways the sound quality was amazing and everything was put back in place as if I had just bought the car with it in there. I plan on going back there to get some speakers installed.

I bought this to get my car stereo installed, but the best buy by my house doesn't take appointments, because they aren't "busy enough". So, I have tried to go down twice to get my stereo installed and they haven't had the time. They were 3 to 4 hours backed up. Then, I called Best Buy's customer service to see about getting my money back and the first time they hung up on me and the second time they transferred me to an office that is closed. I would make sure your store will make an appointment for you first, and also make sure that the staff there is helpful. I seriously regret buying this.

Made a appointment and was late in getting to the best buy. No problem... the vehicle was brought in and while I waited the install was done. Only took about 45 minutes. The tech did a professional job in installing and as a result, I am one satisfied customer!

After dealing with many problems with the factory radio in my saab, I decided it was time to upgrade. I went to best buy and bought a deck, and had it installed there as apposed to a local stereo shop that I know and trust because they had an instant opening. I now fully regret my hastiness. I paid the 50$ install fee and was told by the people at the install bay that it would be about an hour and would be 55$ in parts. After 3 hours of waiting they rung me up for 90$ worth of parts, and sent me home with a dash kit that fell apart before I reached my house. As far as best buy goes, they have good prices on products, but take your installation needs elsewhere

These guys were definitely worth the money. I scheduled my visit and they got me in on time and out within 45 minutes. Everything worked great. I even returned the first purchased car audio deck becuase it had poor reception and they swapped it out without any hassles. I highly recommend the store in Cypress Texas.

The installation went well and the technician was helpful in determining the best method for identifying the cause of the rear speakers not performing correctly. The factory amp connected to the rear channel speakers had posed a problem and Steven was able to recommend the best procedure to correct the issue.

I took my new car stereo in to have it installed. The cost was less than $50, except for the harness that was needed. The unit was installed in around 30 minutes and it looks and sounds great.

went to the Woodland Hills store and had my head unit gps and blue tooth install done there, Andrew was very cool and did a perfect install..will always go back. courteous , knowledgeable, and professional!...100% Great!!!

Scheduling was last minute (earlier the same day), and was easy. The installation was done in about half an hour and everything worked great. Price was good in comparison with other installers. Absolutely no complaints.

The geek squad member was very friendly and he did a great job installing my deck. it sounds great but it took them over 3 and a half hours when i was told that it would take 1 hour. also 50 bucks more than expected

Purchased a car stereo online as well as Geek install. The guys at the North Ave Chicago store were wonderful, the work was done in less time than I thought and I am very satisfied with the work they did.

Chris did a great job and after 6pm too, even though he was done for the day, he stayed back and installed my deck and was really quick and neat.

i had the geek squad install my Alpine CDE-9881 and it looks great. The sound is crisper, cleaner and most of all louder. great job geek squad.

The installer was very professional, he even set up the CD deck in the car. The installation was done carefully and the car was returned the same way it was prior to installation. Good job!

I had an cd-deck and 4 new speakers installed. Only took an hour and a half. Everything works and looks great. They even ran new wiring to one of my speakers for no additional cost.
