Was disappointed bc I received the watch with white bands instead of the black Nike sports band that was described. Good thing I had plans on buying different bands. So far the watch is working well. Not sure what’s “Nike” about it at this point.

Watch is just like brand new 89% left on the battery perfect for what I needed to do for!

Love my new watch. I love that it helps me keep track of my exercise, my calendar, my calories, health and much more. Very lightweight, and the price is totally worth it. I just love my watch!

i ordered it used, it came in almost new condition. everything works great and the charger is great as well.

Okay here we go… when you buy refurbished items through Apple directly, they replace everything to make it like new. I thought Best Buy Geek Squad (being Apple certified) did the same thing. But I learned my lesson. Best Buy only fixes anything that may be broken and then sells it to you. This watch came scratched up. But, I decided I could get past that. This page states that this package included the watch, the Nike sport band, the charging cord, and the power adapter. FALSE. The ONLY thing this comes with is the watch and charging cord, and a totally different band! But if you don’t already have an extra power adapter, you’ll have to go buy one. I called Best Buy customer service letting them know those two items were missing. They told me I had to go to the nearest Best Buy store and they would be able to give me those missing items. (Two different phone calls, two different people told me that exact same thing.) The manager at Best Buy (was AMAZING, the entire team tried to help me) explained to me that customer service says things like that to get us off the phone and that their system literally does not give them a way to just give me the missing items, especially on a refurbished item. I also learned that they no longer even carry the Nike sport band so there is NO way they could even sell that watch with that band anymore. I also learned that they never include the power adapter. So here I am frustrated that I thought I was paying for all of those things included just to have to go buy an adapter and new watch band. So now you know… if you are okay with that, by all means it may be a good deal for you. But I will never trust a refurbished item from Best Buy again.

Bought for Hubby as a replacement for the one he broke. It's older, but he loves it. Works great. No issues

I purchased this watch for my husband for Father’s Day. When he opened the box it was the wrong color, size and watch. When I called customer service the could care less nor did they give me any credit, money off or anything for their mishap. I would recommend no one to never purchase anything off line again!
