I bought this refurbished, and you couldn't tell the difference. Has been working great and easy to setup. The only thing I am still getting used to is the remote, which can be extremely sensitive at times.

It's been a long time waiting for it to come out and it's finally here. I love the unit better than the last one. I am able to download games for the kids to keep them busy. It only lacks 4K compatibility.

I bought the Apple TV when it originally came out and it was okay but not a huge upgrade over the previous generation. Now with all the new apps and upgrades in the OS, this thing is awesome.

I love being able to finally get live sports of my Apple TV! Also I like that I can download any app I want instead of only having the standard apps that came on the 1st generation.

Apple hit a home run with this. There is so much you can do with the new Apple TV. The movie quality is great, the voice control is outstanding and the games have great potential!

I like my Apple TV. Should have gone with this over a fire stick to begin with. Voice control is great input is easy. Overall great purchase, use it almost everyday.

All products fail at times... though Apple is very reliable...Geek squad made sure the refurbished product worked perfectly... and I would highly recommend it...

I have this in my sons play room and it has worked flawlessly. No issues with it and it has been a good purchase.

Good product but can a bit scratched up. For the money I thought it would have been in better looking shape. But it works well. If you don't mind scratches and dings on the product to save about 25-30% then it will work.

Great device, i got this to replace my old AppleTV. So far, it works as expected and connects to all my services. The new apps are a nice touch.

Menus are spiffier, remote is cooler (not saying much), the overall experience is smoother and faster but the interface for NetFlix is lacking. Previous version has genres (categories) not Apple's fault but something to note.

I upgraded from the 720p version. So this has better graphics. I like that you can choose the apps. Also like the gaming side. I wish you could do Amazon video on it. In all, I am an apple person so it works for my family.

I'm an avid apple user wasnt sure how much better they could make it. They have done an amazing job love the new lay out and features.

This device is the way of the future of TV. I know the price is higher than that of Roku and fire stick but you get way more value.

I buy a lot of refurbushed products and usually have good luck with them. This works great andwas a good purchase.

I love jumping things from my phone- videos, pics, scriptures to share with my kids immediately. It’s great!

this was sold as a refurbished item, but except for the box you could never tell, it does everything i wanted it too.

Having been a long time Apple TV user I'm not sure that the latest models are an improvement. Most apps are really phone/ipad apps that don't translate well to a TV experience. And the new touchpad remote is finicky and overly sensitive. I actually put it away and just use the old apple TV remote which is fine. The only real advantage to this version is the ability to voice search. Lack of 4K support at this price point is sad.

More apps, and you can use Amazon if you have an iPhone. Kids play games when I'm not using. Would buy more.

Like the way you only put on the Apple TV what apps you want. The track pad on the remote is nice as well
