I waited a while to purchase an Apple TV, but the refurbished version was finally the right price for me. It came in perfect condition, and worked perfectly without a hitch. Netflix, HBO Go, WWE Network, etc. all work flawlessly. Plus it's very easy to AirPlay stuff from your iPhone or iPad to the TV. Overall, I'm really pleased with the Apple TV.

Very pleased. I purchased a new one first and then decided I wanted a second one. I saw this refurbished one and decided to give it a try. I am so pleased! It looks and works great! The Black Box looks brand new! The remote also looks brand new with the exception of one very tiny "ding" in the silver finish. Very minor. And it works perfectly. I am delighted and certainly recommend.

I purchased this refurbished model for $50 on sale. I don't need the new Apple TV coming out in October with games, home automation and other features. I just needed a simple way to watch Netflix, stream movies and share content on the screen from my Apple devices. Easy to use. Simple remote. You won't be disappointed.

I love how fast the new apple TV is, easy to use, looks and runs great. The only issue is the lack of Amazon Prime. I'm hoping that over time they will work out their differences and an app will be provided, but until then I am grudgingly using the AirPlay (which works great, but not as simple as an app). I would recommend it, the new remote is awesome as well.

The Apple TV does everything I expected and wanted - particularly mirroring content from my IPAD. The unit was refurbished which saved me about $20 over the new unit price. Set-up was easy and smooth. All that I needed was a HDMI cord to connect to my HD flat screen television.

This is a solid device. First, I didn't hesitate at all to get the Geek Squad refurb--it works great and arrived in really nice condition and it was a great price. This is the sort of device that just sits on a shelf, so I was confident I would get a good, clean used product. Second, it basically does all of the things I wanted a smart TV device to do. I wish it had an app for Amazon Prime Video (odd that there is an iOS app, but not an Apple TV app). I guess Apple wants to minimize the competition. I also wish it had more modern home theater features, specifically, I wish it supported HDMI CEC, which would allow the Apple TV to turn on the television and switch to the correct input. Finally, if you are a Comcast customer be aware that SOME of the apps are blocked by Comcast. In other words, Comcast will not let you stream content from certain providers on the Apple TV. Pretty annoying...Comcast also blocks apps on other devices (for example, HBO Go on the Playstation 3 and 4), so this isn't an Apple TV specific problem. Also, if you think you're being clever and try to use AirPlay mirroring from your iPad's Comcast xfinity app to the Apple TV, prepare to be disappointed: Somehow Comcast's app ALSO blocks AirPlay functionality! Again, this is a Comcast complaint, not so much an Apple TV complaint (though Apple must have some involvement in allowing this to happen at all). Overall I don't think you can go wrong, especially for the geek squad refurb price and if you have a lot of Apple devices already in your home.

First time I ever bought something refurbished, I decided to give it a try! Apple TV fired right up with no issues, connected immediately to my wifi and was watching HBO go within minutes of cutting open the package. Save yourself some $$ and buy this refurbished!

The Apple TV does everything I hoped it would do (especially AirPlay), and it worked perfectly out of the box. The lower price for the refurbished model was what got me to pull the trigger, and I haven't had cause to regret it!

Works well and is rather user friendly. However, it's shortcoming is the remote. It is simple with few buttons but that also limits your functionality. Getting back to the main menu requires you to hit the menu button to step back one level at a time. For example, watching a Netflix TV series hit menu to go back to the episode description. Then menu to episode list, menu to selected choice, menu to video choices, menu to genres, menu to "who's watching" menu to Apple TV menu. And you have to go all the way back to the main menu just to put it in sleep mode. That's right, not even an on off button.

If you have apple products this is a must buy for the price! Tons of apps and the ability to stream right from your apple device to your TV.

I bought a refurbished Apple TV to save money and I haven't regretted it! I love the Apple TV and it's easy streaming capability, you can stream Netflix, Hulu, AmazonPrime, and stream your movies straight from iTunes! Plus anything that might be lacking App wise on the Apple TV is alright because you can AirPlay from any IOS device! Overall the Apple TV to me is worth the money and if you get it refurbished and save money it's even better!

This is my second AppleTV, which I purchased for my bedroom television in addition to the one I have in the living room. My first one still works great and I have had it for 6 years. I have purchased or tried all of the TV streaming devices and AppleTV by far is the easiest to navigate and always adding new channels like the recently added Showtime. It is a MUST have for anyone who uses any Apple device, but even if you don't the non-Apple channels are great and many are exclusive to Apple.

Very happy with this product, the price was low so I bought two! Love how I can set up with my local cable company and get all the shows I missed in my DVR.

Very affordable. Easy to set up. Doesn't come with an HDMI cable; need to purchase separately. I use it mostly to watch Netflix. Expands my tv viewing.

Not sure why I waited so long to purchase. But, we love this. It was easy to hook up and easy to use. The ability to mirror makes things very useful.

Just like a brand new Apple TV. It is a generation behind, but still works as expected. Can't beat the price.

I initially purchased this in order to mirror my Macbook onto a larger TV display in my office. Of course this is a practical function for use in meetings or to help illustrate details to others. I have found that it is capable of so much more that I now have one fro my home & am considering ditching my cable subscription. Very intuitive design & UI. Only thing I do not like is that the controls on the remote are a bit small
