Excellent product is very comfortable and very use full

I bought 2 refurbished watches, one worked fine. Plugged in and started working right away. This watch however did not. Plugged in to charge and it only showed an image of the charger. It never turned on, never went beyond the image. The worst part about it was trying to get someone to help trouble shooting through the geek squad. I spent over an hour getting transferred 5 times and got disconnected. Upon calling back, the customer service woman suggested it would probably be easier to just return it. She was correct on this. These were gifts so I the had to scramble to get another one. It was very stressful.

I bought this genius certified refurbished Apple watch. When I tried to used it it was still locked to someone else's Apple ID. They tried several ideas to get it unlocked but ultimately I had to send it back for a refund. Best buy was all out of refurbished watches or I would have taken an exchange. I will shop at best buy again but I doubt it will buy refurbished.

I bought a 38 mm apple watch for 300 dollars and 1 month later,the watch can no longer hold a charge and bestbuy wont help me out,never again will I buy from bestbuy.

Bought the open-box version and it came with scratches and came ACTIVATION LOCKED but label said excellent condition by geek squad. LOL. I couldn't do anything with it. Geek Squad apparently inspected it and re-boxed it, but why wouldn't you check if it was cleared by the previous owner? Noting to do but return the item. No compensation or anything for the hassle. Highly disappointed. Bought a refurb one instead and that looked brand new and was perfect.

It didn't work out of the box. Nil stock to reorder. Very disappointed. But hey at this price they went fast.

Watched looked brand new when i received it. So far has been working great. It does more then i thought it would.

Bought this watch because my job would not let me use my phone throughout the day... I'm able to see who's calling read and respond to messages without any issues. It's all I wanted.

I just purchased the Apple watch and LOE it! It makes reading texts so much easier. I am in Sales and constantly get emails, messages and phone calls and my Apple Watch lets me know whats going on without having my phone in my hand.

Wish It were a little smaller not as bulky. I like it though.

This is refurbished version but it came like new. Works really well.

I wear it everyday, haven't got one scratch on it. I use it to track my runs and it gives a lot of information at a glance. It does everything it suppose to do for a watch but it can be slow at times compared to my phone and I do wish it had more features. Overall I'm satisfied with it as an everyday watch.

After reading reviews and comments, I finally decided to buy one for me. I Ordered it on the 12th and got it on the 14th, shipping was so fast. So far it works great, haven't encounter any problem yet. Just need to buy extra band.

A great product that keeps me from grabbing my phone every five mins. It gives me all the information I need at a glance, plus I enjoy having siri on my wrist.
