    Shipped without rubber earpieces, had to take the pieces off of a old set of earbuds. Right earbud sometimes crackles a little while playing. I won’t be buying refurbished anymore.

    Bought this refurbished Beats fit pro hoping it was as good as new. Upon testing it, there was a crackling sound on the right ear bud and you would nees to push the volume up to get a decent sound. This unit was apparently not tested by Geek Squad as advertised. Returned the product the next day. I would still consider buying a NEW Beats Fit Pro.

    This is possibly the worst purchase I made. The case and earbuds were filthy. I had to clean them before I attempted to try them out. Also, there were no ear tips. I had to go and find ear tips that would fit, but just barely as they don't stay in my ear. The left unit could only reach 98% on full charge and lose charge quicker than the right one. Between the filth, no ear tips, no instructions and them not staying in my ear, will never do this again.

    Poor poor Best Buy! I know this was a refurbished item, but even so, it said it included everything the original did. Well, it didn’t. It was missing a pair of the tips. Returned it, bought a second pair, same issue. They should pay me gas money for having to drive up there twice because of their mistake
