Noise cancellation is not working and every thing is good .fast recharge

Awesome buy. These headphonea are comfortable and lightweight. Battery life is surprisingly long as well. I definitely would recommend these to anyone.

Do Not be afraid of the word " refurbished". It is not what you might seem having in mind. Do not let that word fool you!

I purchased the wireless refurbished headphones online, but they did not work. My iPhone 6s would not recognize it, and the light in the headphones showed that it was not searchable. I took them up to the BB store next to me that day, and asked for help. I was told to go to the Geek Squad. I was told I would have to pay to have them look at the headphones. I declined, walked 10 feet to the customer service line and asked about my options. I was told I could keep them and pay the fee, or get a refund. I chose the refund. I've purchased multiple big ticket items from BB, but I was very disappointed in this experience.

Had these refurbished headphones for about 5 1/2 months now. Putting them on a couple of days ago I heard a snap. Looking at them the plastic near the adjustable slide cracked. When I tried to put them on again to see if they still functioned ok they wouldn't hold tight against my head and would slide down. Luckily I thought I had a resolution since I had bought a GSP-R (replacement plan) when I had purchased them.... as it turns out this wasn't a replacement plan, but a refund your headphone purchase price plan. I'm out the money of the plan and have a store card for $100 to try and find a replacement. The store refused to replace my headphones. I'm pretty disappointed in both the Best Buy and Beats at this point.

I realize these were refurbished, but the noise cancelling feature was audible over the music which made it unusable. One ear was worse than the other. I don't believe these had been properly repaired.

Doesn't sound as good as I thought and to top it broke after the first fall,I will be returning for something else or money back

Dont buy this item because my headphone came with problem in right side. There is a sound like explosion in right side.

I was a little skeptical about the headphones at first because they were a open box product but the ones i received looked brand new. They do have a humming noise when first plug them into your device, other then that i haven't had any problems.

I received my beats Thursday, March 17. I was very excited to use them, and I used them for 30 minutes until they stopped making sound. I did not know whether the issue was my phone or whether it was my headphones until I tried them with my friends phone and they continued to be defective. I cannot explain how disappointed I am with this product, as I have had my headphones for less than 2 hours and they already don't work. It is exteremly frustrating that they claim to have fixed all of the problems with this product when I can't even get a good two hours out of my headphones. It is also frustrating that I have waited for them to come in the mail, and now I have to wait another week for a new pair. Very disappointed in this product. Overall, expected a much better product for this price.

Received the headphones in like new condition. I also purchased the wireless and power beats. I'm enjoying all of them.

My purchased a pair of Beats Studio Headphones for Christmas and barely over a year the ear cushion are coming apart contacted support they informed me i was a little out of my warranty and that it would cost me 149 + 6.95 shipping and hand....WOW that's crazy at that price I should just buy me a new pair because paying 149 for cushion repair is extremely high and ridiculous even though they said they would just replace the whole set still makes no sense my headphones are in great working condition just the cushion is coming apart make no sense to spend that much money.... I WILL NEVER SPEND ANOTHER DOLLAR ON BEATS/APPLE PRODUCT AGAIN!!!! Not worth it 200 plus $ on some headphones that come apart is not worth it
