Don’t buy open box when it comes to laptops So much damage was done to this computer and it was disgusting when I opened it. At least wipe it down before you resell it.

Unfortunately 3 weeks after this purchase the screen had several lines that black out and prevented visibility. Best Buy was excellent with addressing our issue on this.

Picked my laptop up today and its under remote management of some school in chicago. Cant sign in or use it. What a waste of time.

The quality was very poor and didn’t work normally

I got it refurbished but they didn’t do a good job checking to make sure everything was good on the laptop. Do not get it refurbished .

Came in great condition. So far have no issues. Battery life is great.

The laptop was dirty. There was grime in crevices that I had to clean out with a pin. One of the ports doesn’t work consistently. I will have to take it to get fixed.

I ordered this right before my trip to only receive a charger and no laptop in the box. It went missing from the time it left the Best Buy facility and FedEx shipping company. Contacted best buy to inform the of the incident through the text app. They told me they would take care of the situation and to take it to a local best buy store. They couldn’t help me so I contacted best buy again. They told me they would send another laptop or a refund. I just needed to send the charger back. So I wasn’t able to pick one up in the store before so I bought a used one off facebook marketplace so I could do my work on my trip. I send the charger back and was told Id have a refund within 15 days. Its been a month and they’re denying my claim telling me to contact the local authorities. I talked to 10 different people telling me they’d give me a refund. Worst company and situation Ive ever experienced

My laptop came with two dents on the lid, plus multiple scuff marks. Nobody even bothered to clean the outside of the laptop. I got fooled by the "geeksquad certified" label and some of the reviews here. I expected a unit that was purchased and then returned. This is the only "refurbished" equipment I keep. But these laptops are 2020 models and have been discontinued in 2022. They have clearly been used. I don't do Apple and can't stand their regular pricing. I'm returning it.

The macbook is great and easy for students to use.

it was a good mid-level computer back in 2020 when it was released but after 3 years Apple decided to discontinue it so therefore it is still a good computer but it won't be good for much longer. but what I didn't know when I bought it was that it was already 2 years old when I bought this model brand new in 2022

Had a couple of scratches and scuffs on exterior whoch wasnt bad, but opening it up it had a major cut on the screen, right in the middle. Bad quality check
