Received the wrong item by mistake. Purchased a computer online with a 512 hard drive ans received 256 hard drive. Tried frist with the chat option which directed me to go to the store. Went to the store and did not receive it because it did not match the receipt. Called again from the store was placed on hold for 15 minutes waiting for a manager. Instead of solving the issue in store had no other option but to ship it back for a refund. The refund will not be received until what ever it takes for them to get the computer and verify. Rude online help. Terrible experience for a problem caused by them.

Laptop was in great condition only thin wrong was rhe spacebar was sticky and wouldnt let up. Otherwise customer service was good tbeh helped me find a different laptop

Very unprofessional service from Best Buy, I ordered the MacBook on Dec 16th 2024 and as per the delivery date it was to be on Dec 18th morning, that's why I bought it as I was traveling on Dec 19th and needed it as a gift for my son. By evening on 18th it was not delivered, I drove to pick up center, the fedex representative confirmed the item was not delivered, I called best buy and after an hour the best buy representative tracking the delivery stated there was a mix-up and the item was not delivered. I asked him to cancel the order as it was no longer needed and he assured me he cancelled it, just the other day checking my bank statement the money for the item was taken out, I called best buy and the representative assured me it was a mistake and that best buy would refund the payment, only to wake up to an email from Best Buy asking me to take it up with the law enforcement. I googled and realize this is a common email response from the Best Buy resolution department as there are more case like that on google. Why take money for something you have not delivered? Why not refund the cash if you fail to deliver item in a timely manner? See message from best buy below, 3 Months later.
