I’ll recommend it over the M3 chips since the price of this is cheap! M3 chip only 10-20% better that M1 chip but with this price difference its still best.

It was the best price for the power and it was like new. The Mac itself is fast and I love the newer 14 inch size. Perfect for the photo editing storage and power I need.

Never left the music production desk and has less than 28 hrs on it. Just two months out of warranty, It now boots up to a question mark in a circle. Geek Squad was a waste of time. I tried several DFU "Revive's" from another Mac and then tried the DFU "Restore" and got a "System Restore Image is Invalid" prompt. Apple support says I can ship it back for repair for prepaid $850.00. With the closest Apple Store being a several-hour drive away, (...and not a guarantee), it looks like I blew $2000.00. My last Macbook was a 2012 and still works. BEWARE: NO LOCAL SUPPORT FOR APPLE PRODUCTS I'm betting I will not win the $400 gift card for my review. I'll just add it to my total loss.

Firsty, device came in the wrong color and all scratched up dirty and crumbs still in the keyboard. Moreover, it had dents on the top casing which caused display issues. Can’t believe that they would sell this device and for that price considering that it’s 3 yrs old. Returned it to a store and wasted my time.
