This was a horrible experience. This was a returned system. Not refurbished at all. Left me in a bind for my sons 5th birthday gift.

Once i got the box the packaging looked nice and it was hard to rip and stuff the bad part was they gave me the wrong cable wrong controller no game and the controller they gave me looked really dirty i dont know if this was actually refurbished.
