It works great it came with the cables the controller and the disc

I’m very happy with my purchase, I do have to mention that I received the wrong power cable, but luckily I had one available. Otherwise it was a smooth transaction and the system worked great. I did remove the old hard drive and added an ssd hard drive which improved performance.

The product was handled very nicely and there was every cable I needed, but I did not have the correct power cord which led to me go to the store and have them replaced that but other than that this whole transaction was seamlessly and simple and I would highly recommend this to anyone else that was looking for a PS4

I’ve always been wary of buying refurbished products online and this one just reminded me why. Figured it was a great deal at $299 which is $100 off..until I opened the box! Only thing inside was the PS4 console. It was missing the controller, power cord, hdmi cable, usb cable, and the headset! I returned it to the store and exchanged it for a new one. Geek Squad guy told me the refurbished items are packaged and shipped by Sony. They’re just sold on the Best Buy site. Thanks to Best Buy for some great customer service after the fact but somebody dropped the ball on this one!

I considered myself lucky on the quality of what I got shipped to me. Basically free of scratches and fully functional.

It works fine for the price. Controller was very sticky and had to get another one. Store was very nice about it and gave store credit to get another one. Overall it’s a good deal and system

Console works great but the controller it came with had a dead zone in the left stick and the x button would malfunction often

Bought this used PS4 and let me tell you,. it came in so fast! I plugged it in and when I say that it works as if it was new I mean it works as if it was new! I’m really pleased with Best Buy, I’ve never had any issues or problems with anything I bought and I absolutely love having access to the BestBuy mobile app so I can do all my shopping rite from my phone, very convenient!

Didnt have correct power cable returned and got corrected cable

The controller does NOT connect. Tried all suggestions it doesn't work. Used one from my nephews game and it connected right away

Perfect, came with everything mentioned and easy install. Would recommend it to anyone buying a gaming unit but don't want to spend the big money, open box has always been no issues whatsoever

nothing wrong with Best Buy refurbished or even the awesome system. the PS4 pro seems to have a serious flaw regarding a design issue where the sustem turns on by itself and off which messes with the os and hdd. often it will become to a point where i need to reinstall firmware. there were several nights the system turned on by itself and kept resetting. i have read many issues regarding thiS. BEST BESY DID A FANTASTIC JOB of refunding the system within my elite member day limit (30). without much issues. i really recommend using Best Buy’s warrenty and after service. i been a member for about 15 years, and they never disappointed me. the stat review goes toward the design flaw of the system NOT Best Buy. Besides, the new PS5 came out, so I would wait to for that system instead when it becomes more available.
