    This pictures show that this product comes in the box...this does not come in a box, it was just the switch itself. Now I'm worried that it may have been damaged or isn't even the real thing. I know this is through Best Buy but these happen, and more frequently now than ever. I'm upset because I bought this as a gift for my niece. How am I supposed to give this to her?!

    Got this as a gift to my partner and she loved it! The refurbishing was virtually like new. My only "complaint" is that it came in a fairly beat up box, but that was no problem, since the device itself was perfectly functional
