I can count on the Geek Squad for help anytime. 24/7 They log in to my computer and search for my problem. They are always courteous and patient with me.

When I picked up my computer after 3 days I was told it was fixed and the new security software was installed. When I plugged it in at home the same problem reappeared. I called the store and they told me to bring it back or to call tech support. Since I had been without the computer already for 3 days I opted to call tech support...best idea. When I had the tech get on my computer the security software had never been installed and she found other issues that had not been corrected. She walked me through all the steps and the computer has been working much better since. I am disappointed with the store service but loved the tech support online/phone. The other issue I found was the website that shows what the status of your repairs in the store was never updated for the entire time they had my computer. I had to call the store to check the status. This would be a great feature if it worked.

Needed to change antivirus on computers. made appointment for 1 hour after I called took several computers in and all fixed in less than an hour

They are always helpful. Have used them a lot. When we call they are helpful and answer questions. We even have them do clean up on our computer

i was reluctant to paying extra for this service. very glad i did. they set my new laptop up and set it up with my new printer. also showed me how to use all features on both

I swear by Geek Squad support from my laptop, to iPhone and especially my special needs daughter's iPad which is used for communication, learning and entertainment too.

I never had to use this Tech Service membership but it was nice knowing that I had this insurance if something went wrong with my new power supply.

We had the Geek Squad take care of a virus issue, and we paid for a new WebRoot Secure Anywhere, which they installed. We were warned that we would get some recurring emails, but it's getting ridiculous. We keep getting emails saying our old WebRoot is expiring, and they were going to reinstall & charge to our credit card. I called Tech Support and the tech said she cancelled that, but we still get inundated with reminder emails. Also, I was tied up on the phone for hours! What's worrisome is this automatic re-bill thing. We have our new anti-virus loaded, but we still get reminders to install it, and that the old one is expiring. The left hand just doesn't seem to know what the right hand is doing! I just wish I could talk to a local person who knows what's going on rather than going through the automatic loops with Tech Support that not only takes forever, but doesn't really solve anything.

I wish I used it more but the times I have has been really useful. Staff is always really nice and helpful and I would have had no idea what to do without them
