I am always needing some sort of tech help! With this I never have to worry!

I recently had a problem with an ssd I installed and I brought it to geek squad. They diagnosed it within two days, and informed me on what I needed to fix my system. After I brought them the necessary materials they had it completely fixed within two days. The computer is completely fixed and I have no complaints about how it runs. My only complaint is that when I picked up my computer it was covered in dust and fingerprints. It would have been nice if they would have cleaned it off for me, but other than that this is a solid service.

It takes care of problems when needed and saves money.

The online tech assistant was great. He took over my computer and fixed several things I couldn't figure out how to do. It took me a few minutes to figure out what he wanted me to do; there was a little red X that appeared on the screen, then he spoke to me in the corner to tell me what I had to do. It took a few minutes to learn the communication system but it wasn't that difficult. He helped me correct several problems and he helped me learn how to use the tiles. He was very patient. There was a bit of a lag between his assistance and my questions; and I assume he was helping other customers as well as me but....he took the time to help me with everything I needed. I am grateful for the help.

I bought this Geek Squad package in late Nov. or early Dec...not sure, but I have used them at least 4 times and I have been so impressed with each & every technician I have spoken with. Each time they have had the wonderful patience to work through my issues with me even though I admit I am slightly "challenged" in the electronic/laptop area. Not only are they very nice, both in person and over the phone, but they have quickly solved each issue I have had. They do know what they are doing for sure! This is well worth the money!!! I highly recommend purchasing this service!
