Huge disappointment, save yourself...

I followed said instructions, downloaded the app and the power surge did not connect to WiFi. I pressed the reset button, held it for 5 seconds, repeated the steps and this elusive blue light flashed but once and never proceeded further than that. I did this numerous times, more than I can count. I’m definitely returning it back to bestbuy and I’m looking forward to my refund. I hope I can save someone out there the grief from making this purchase. It’s totally a waste of time and money. At least for me it was.
