The instructions are a postcard and not very well put together (Im attaching the instructions). Ive looked online for a tutorial that would explain throughly so I didn’t ruin them, nope nothing found. I even emailed the company, whose reply was solder or get electrical tape and wrap it. So Genni customer service is absolutely unhelpful and do not care. Please do not waste your money on these, find a brand that will back up and offer quality help to their products. The Genni website offers zero support on the led strips as well.

Easy Install Adhesive Sucks

The lights work very easily with my Google Assistant and really improve the room. My biggest complaint is the adhesive for the strip and adapters does not hold. It worked for a day then started to fall. There must be a better way.

I bought this and the main pack as a gift for someone and they were not happy about the way it kept falling, even with the hooks provided in both the extension AND the main pack. Item will be returned. I suggest looking to another brand or being ready to return as soon as possible if you get this. The actual set up and app were not hard, the adhesive quality just really brings the experience down.

Could have used better glue on the backing, but other than that they're amazing.
