Not sure what this was - it says store item and wants a review - I like everything I have bought from Best Buy lately, so whatever this is, it was good.

The Geek Squad member was very helpful and explaining to me the coverage of my exterior Drive and the options that I had in order to get it fixed.

Exceeded all expectations, research determined it was by far the best value for the money. Absolutely recommend to a friend.

Cute & Durable. I've dropped my phone a couple of times and have had no issues. I also have a glass screen protector on my phone.

I dropped off my computer for a hinge repair. I was told that the computer, a laptop, would be ready in 21 days max. It's now 25 days and I'm being told that they are waiting on parts. They then told me that they generally give themselves SIXTY days for a repair. Very disappointed and felt like I was flimflammed a little. They knew I would not have accepted a 60 day time frame and would go elsewhere if told that.

Considering I requested this repair during the holidays, the work was done speedily. Pricey repair but I had a touchscreen.

Your approval process for repair approvals doesn't work. I got a call from your service depot asking me to approve decline repairs and asked me to call Best Buy who doesn't open until 10 am CST. I called Best Buy after 10am, but got told to go the website for status, which I did, but still unable to approve/decline the repairs. I then called into the automated line and was told the status of service in progress, but no options to approve/decline the repairs. I like Best Buy, but this needs to be fixed, process wise.

I dropped of my Macbook with geek squad after spilling water on it. They were helpful and got it taken care of right away!

Just your basic hairdryer Bought it for overseas travel. The ones we have were not dual voltage Good to have that if traveling out of the country.
