I bought this laptop to replace my 5 year old hp probook 430 g3 with an Intel I5 6200 since I couldn't update to windows 11. This laptop is just as fast, has a bigger nicer HD screen, a faster ssd drive and does everything as fast as my old one at a much lower price. I upgraded to windows 11 in less than 20 minutes with no problem

Something was wrong out of the box. Unfortunately I didn't notice until several months later when I was getting ready for a vacation. Full story is I bought this laptop for school work while I was going to be away from my desktop. I completed the windows registration and set up the computer as I was going to need it, come 4 months later when I go to turn it on I get a blue screen. I tried to do a Windows recovery, no luck. I tried to get a complete reboot of Windows 10 with a USB install that I created from my desktop, no luck. I finally am installing Linux to try and get a solid bootable operating system on this thing. Not sure if it's going to end up working, this thing gets hot very quickly. I noticed the one time I was able to get it running with Windows the CPU was nearly maxed out just processing standard operation, that isn't normal. Too bad I'm way outside of the return zone or I would be bringing this back for something much better.

Needed a separate laptop for work and this fit the bill. Easy to set up, good battery life, and good display. Sound is better than I thought it would be for a small laptop. I don't enjoy the touchpad but an easy fix with an extra wireless mouse I had.

Good value of money, does the basic work done for the day

Worst computer purchase I ever made - this was a waste of money piece of crap that didn't even work. I returned it after contacting the manufacturer and none of their troubleshooting worked.... it was brand new it should work properly straight out of the box - I will never ever EVER Buy another computer from this company & I also partially blame Best Buy because they should know better then to sell this piece of garbage on their website to people.... I'm just angry I wasted my money on Black Friday on this cuz I missed out on other sales & laptops and when I returned this because it took two weeks to come, all the sales were over so I couldn't even get a different laptop from anywhere - all thanks to how this played out. DO NOT waste your money - I'm telling u if you're lucky enough to get it out of the boot loop it'll just break in two weeks anyways just like all the other reviewers said, it felt so cheap and crapily made & not worth a cent let alone the normal non sale price. Do your research and don't make the same mistake as me... read reviews and only buy laptops from reputable manufacturers/companies or brand names.... never heard of this brand before but thought it was a great deal - boy was I fooled....

Its a good laptop for what im using it for. Going online, email, music and a couple programs. So far so good

Great product for a young teenager. School work is easy and light gaming.

Screen is a decent size for under $400 and 8gb is a plus. Purchased on sale for under $300

Mouse constantly redirected to different parts of the screen and opened browsers that i did not click on. After having computer for 3 months it stopped charging

Plugged it in, opened it and got boot loop error. Sat it for 4 hours to charge, unplugged it, and found the battery dies instantly - the charging plug provided doesn't work. Will have to return it this weekend.

Use this laptop for schoolwork as my older HP laptop was slowing down. I needed something with more storage and more for schoolwork. Recently, I have downloaded a lot to build my credit but yet, still runs like a beast. We shallkeep the high hopes for now. Ill definitely keep updates as its only been a few months.

Excellent laptop for my son. Good speed and a lot of memory for gaming.

So far this has been working Great. A value for the price.

The price is good but my son complains that when he wears headphones there is a droning sound in the background, like the sound of the machine running, but when he isn't playing anything it doesn't make the sound. otherwise it is a good computer for school use.
