Battery was defective and wouldnt hold a charge, period. Device shipped without an OS installed.really upsetting that a reputable company would sell me something in this condition.

I loved the price point of this laptop and think it is a awesome value for what you get. My father wanted a laptop that he could watch netflix or hulu on whilst in bed and this does the job perfectly. It boots really fast and is simple to use.

I bought this for my 19yo daughter to use for her final two years of college. It's an upgrade from her previous laptop for sure. Lots of storage and a much faster processor than she previously had. Gotta get that college degree!

Strongly recommend purchasing a different computer. I have had to bring it in for repairs 3 times in 2.5 months. When it is running, it does work well, has a nice feel, etc. But I have had multiple problems with it getting errors and not starting. I am only trying to use it for internet and basic office programs like word and excel, which it says it can handle. My guess is that the system is just too weak. Better to spend a little more and get a better computer that runs. Picture is example of most recent errors, previous ones were much worse and needed complete reset.

The volume was very low. I tried in good faith to update drivers. Was unsuccessful. Dealt with customer service located in the UK. They got back to me but did not provide or did not have updated drivers. I also heard sounds coming from the laptop when it was off, which was concerning. There was also bleeding from the screen. This is due to screen being unsealed. Adapter was fragile and arrived packaged carelessly , with half of it outside of bag. Not worth the hassle.

As of right the laptop reboots and will not boot into Windows. I am contacting customer support to try and resolve this issue. This is extremely annoying as it should not be an issue for a brand new device.

Conputer works fine. Great value for money. Had to return 2 times due to issues with a) power b) software microsoft windows. The third one fortunately worked well and no problem for now.

My son got this laptop for Christmas and he loves it. He plays games online with his friends. He says it has a lot of storage so he doesn't have to keep uninstalling and reinstalling to play different games because the storage doesn't run out. I'm impressed with it especially for the price.

This laptop is basically as expected for the price point. It’s not amazing, it’s not terrible. It’s average. I got it to play a few low key games and anything that my Mac can’t do, and so far it has been fine. The one thing that infuriates me is the “right click” on the keypad is a challenge EVERY TIME. It takes me like 6 tries every time. So annoying; since right click is critical for what I use this pc for.

Good choice, great price, I like its size, the battery lasts a long time.

Nice and light weight. I don't need a large hard disk, so the 128GB is fine. I can transfer any saved files to backup disks. Boots up fast-I like that!! No problems with the computer.

I was looking for a laptop under $300 with decent spec for my family member to use and this fell right in line. The quality build isn't great, but you can't beat the price. A great value buy!!

Purchased a GEO laptop and first time it turned on there was an error that windows was not installed correctly. I returned it and got a replacement. Replacement, second computer came with the same issue out of the box. I wiped the computer and reinstalled windows and updated windows. Shut it down and now it will not restart with error messages about windows cannot load correctly. Second GEO is returned and I would advise anyone to not buy one of these.

I still have my computer working good thinking about upgrading. Thank you.

This laptop is perfect for all my personal needs. From video chatting, working on varoiuse documents to playing games.

I think the stats was amazing but when I got it the laptop had some problems but I returned it and got a brand new one and it haven’t failed me since

Its an awesome laptop. Its fast and dependable for school virtual learning. The storage is great and it has a lot of features too.

I bought this for my son this Christmas because we are going to start home-schooling after winter break. We were very excited for them. Good price, seemingly great specs ( especially for the price ) and also looked good. It looked to have everything we wanted. Well I can’t tell you how disappointed I am in them . They look good, feel cheap and the load time compares to AOL dialup on my dads Win 95 desktop. It is so slow and also, something seems to be wrong with the screen on this as well as my daughters. I am just very disappointed . I got this one for my son and for my daughter we got a pink GeoBook . It also had good specs and is also TERRIBLE TERRIBLE . My advice would be to try and buy something else . Hopefully I can get help with returning this or finding something else for my kids . Thanks for listening to me ramble
