Love the exercise programs with Denise Austin. The exercises really target the muscles without difficulty.

It's a workout video

I needed something to get me going without a lot of impact on my knees. This was OK, but moves a bit fast, and hard to keep up with. I need something slower I think. You can choose different workouts, but you have to go back to the beginning every time and listen to an intro before you can choose.
