Great price for some of my favorite movies from the past.

One of the truly great classics from the 80's. A must see for all!

These two movies are classics. I enjoyed watching them and glad I made the purchase.

Watching the old movies are great but thought the film quality would of been better on blu ray

This edition does not have the best quality or sound but you can not expect quality with dvd. The format is not made for quality. You get the best you can with the dvds but the main selling point is the special book that is included.

The Ghostbusters 1 & 2 DVD set is a great way for fans to get their hands on these two hilarious movies. For starters, it's a great deal since you get them for less than you would if you bought each movie separately. The set even comes with a behind-the-scenes flipbook detailing the two movies and how they were brought to life. As for the movies themselves, they're funny, fascinating, and light-hearted, with enough of the darkness of a ghost-style movie thrown in to make for what I'm sure will always be a unique and totally spectacular pair of films. It's hard to believe that the original Ghostbusters movie is already over 25 years old. But it's great to see both movies in the clarity and color of a DVD format. If you don't already have these two movies in your collection, this is arguably the best way to get your hands on them. (And the video game makes a great compliment to the Ghostbusters saga.) 100% recommended!

"The best thing about this set is the price. The re-mastered high-def transfers on these new versions seem a bit too light to me, and also seem to be missing some of the extras from the original collector's dvd release. Still though, a good buy for two great films. Recommended."
