Best Bang For Your Buck

Does what I ask and is not only more than enough to do both, but has room for improvement for future applications that may need more memory. Not too big or too small. Fits perfectly in my Chrome Industries Kadet Max laptop bag or Thules Gauntlet 15" laptop sleeve case. Was the best bang for the buck. I do recommend using Best Buy's "compare" to size up what you are looking for to make the decision that is best for you.

Doesn't seem to be working with my three-screen docking station, and I can't diagnose why. Excellent for the price point, though, and I've enjoyed it so far.

Backlit RGB Keyboard lights not working

One of the issues I have is that the laptop was advertised as having a backlit keyboard, but no matter how many keyboard shortcuts I've tried or how many softwares I've downloaded, I can not get anything to light up. How do I get this to work? There were not any instructions in the manual.
