So far, this computer is decent. It’s fast, for the money, and seems well built. However, getting windows 11 on it was a nightmare. Trying to find any help on the support pages will lead you to English instructions with all of the screen shots in Chinese. Tip: before attempting to install windows 11, make sure you have ALL of the windows 10 updates, including the optional ones, and make sure the BIOS is up to date, otherwise you will soft lock between the bios and the windows boot. It took 5 attempts and over 10 hours to upgrade because of this.

I’ve had this beast for about 2 weeks. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. The battery life isn’t the best, but I keep mine pluged in anyway. The best part is, the battery isn’t integrated into the laptop, so you can have 2, one fully charged as a spare, or you can replace it if it wears down too much. Highly recomend.

Pretty good laptop so far. I haven't had time to test very many games out on it. I like how the keyboard lights up after you touch a key.

I bought the computer and it runs a lot better than I though it would since it's using a standard 3050 chip instead of a 3050 ti or a 3060. It also has a good amount of ram and the i-5 can handle everything I run perfectly. Haven't had any issues with drivers or keyboard

My wife loves it! Very fast and great for the price! A little back light bleed on the display. But you dont notice it in day to day use. Only when the screen is completely black.

Got this laptop for my wife to work from home. It works great for working and since it is also a gaming laptop can handle most newer games at a great price.

Got this laptop when it was 850$. Nothing else had 16gb of ram and 30 series gpu around that price. Runs all my games at high fps

I'm thrilled with this laptop and thrilled with the price. I'd had the same gaming laptop since 2015 and it was lagging behind in performance. Now I can play whatever I want without breaking the bank.

Hardware is ok, minor cooling problems, but not bad. Firmware is the worst I've ever seen. If you are a power user, stay away! Software, well it's Win 10, enough said.

Great gamer laptop. There are a couple of updates you most do before use but that is expected.

If you are looking to get a laptop specifically for gaming, do not get this one, it has the worst cooling system, even having my laptop idle, im getting 60°C, not to mention when gaming, im struguling to get at least 60 fps on COD Warzone having all low. For non-gaming tasks, all i can say this laptop gets VERY hot!, overall bad experience and im returning this laptop ASAP

I got this laptop for my nephew. This one has all features he was looking for.

Got for my Grandson. He is very happy with it. He has been using it every day.

The CPU is weak by virtue of being a mobile i5 and the GPU is extremely underpowered due to the 4 GB of VRAM. I had an easier time gaming on my 2011 MacBook Air. I can’t exaggerate how bad this laptop is at $900+, just spend a little extra money and get something with a 3060 or look around for something with a 1660 ti in the same price range.
