This is my most biggest favorite show of the Globe trekker series/Lonely Planet also it was named as well, Russia this show is filmed perfectly like the other shows but,better than most beautifully filmed and shows starts locations shown from Moscow to St.Petersberg and small towns between up to the most northern town Murmansk,western part of russia is only traveled/covered most populated part of Russia in this show showing all the popular sites of each town,city and it's people,culture and history in this dvd and much more great music soundtrack also and host Ian is funny also with some jokes along the way also visit star city home of Russia's version of Nasa outside of moscow,see great friendly russian people and pretty small towns,churches and everything is colorful in russia more than you think these days,this is the new Russian Federation. Buy this dvd for sure for your collection if your a lonely planet/globe trekker fan,It is the best of the series I say certainly one if not the only one in the series my most favorite and never get tired/sick of watching it,I have been to russia and it is all the show say's it is,go to Russia in your life to visit it before you pass on you never will regret it,see and buy this dvd. You will learn a lot on russia,people,history and like it Russia after you see this if you have not.
