God of War was game of the year and this collectors edition is worth the sale price of $60 considering that's the original price for the game in release. The steelbook is a simplistic design (not a bad thing) and the statue is quite large compared to other collectors editions. Recommend only if you like collectibles though. Otherwise just get the 5 star game by itself for less.

This was a gift and the my hubby absolutely loved the gift set version of it. He is a big kid at heart. He plays the game whenever he can. Both teenagers also want to play. They have whole discussions on what’s going on and what to do next. This is perfect for me so I can go read a good book with out interruptions. So it’s a win:win for all!!

I've loved every single God of War game that has been released. This has been the first game that I've 100% completed from start to finish. This collectors edition was good enough for me because it contained just enough content for me to be pleased with it, without having to deal with extra things that I did not want. That statue is pretty freakin sweet.

Although this game diverges from the old tried and true God of War format it is arguably the best one yet. There is definitely more story here, and an awesome story it is. It is quasi open world along with the ability to craft and collect multiple armor sets and a bunch of side quests making it super easy to sink a 100 hours into.

If your an old fan or a new comer to the God of War franchise this is the game to get, and if your into collecting, or a die hard fan of the game you can get the collector's edition that comes with a statue and other cool stuff so I highly recommend this game for it will soon be game of the year, decade and eternity God of War rules.

The game came in a beautiful steelbook case and definitely feels amazing. The figure.... so detailed. And I love the other accessories that the game came with. Though the one thing that I don't really feel too much for is the cloth map. Then again, it's better than a paper one. So at least Sony tried to be creative.

Nostalgic memories of carnage! Very difficult when you play it on hard! Haven't went to very hard yet. A lot of side quests and high replay value two thumbs up! The statue is very detailed and has earned its spot on the stand next to the TV. Do not get anything less than this edition you will regret not investing

God of War is an excellent game and easily in contention for GOTY. The Collector's Edition comes with some great stuff, most notably the Kratos and Atreus statue. It's bigger than I anticipated, and the quality is very good. The cloth map, digital comic, and artbook are all very welcome as well. Get it.

This special edition has some really neat toys and trinkets that my teenage son loves. I admire the quality of all the pieces that came with it. In my opinion this is the best God of War game ever made and I've loved them all since the PS2.

Great statue, collector edition is a must have for a gamer who loves figures that they play in the video game. The game is solid and the quality of the package was good. I would recommend it if this is still available somewhere.

This game is amazing! The gameplay is fun the graphics are breath taking (just like me when I open up the fridge to fast). Kratos actually has a son! Which makes me laugh when he calls be daddy since I hear that all the time in my everyday life... Also I don't have children.

The game is amazing. The statue has a lot of clean detail and really cool to have in my collection. The unboxing is pretty sweet. There’s a lot of cool things to look at. A def must have and now that it’s on clearance. There’s no reason to not get it.

The most impressive part of this collector's edition is the statute. It looks nicely detailed and is a decent size. Cool thing to put on a shelf or sit it beside your game system. The game itself is amazing, and may actually be the game of the year.

I bought this for the statue and was very pleased with the condition and quality of it. I already owned the game, but given how great the game was I could not resist buying this CE to have a permanent reminder of its greatness on my shelf.
