Works fast and great! Does not heat up fast like the old cross cut shredders. Having the waste basket inside helps it from making a mess. Its easy to use and you can discard the paper remains very easily!

For a while it will have a pretty good workout. I waited way to long to purchase a shredder. One year I tried purging files and crumpling papers so they would burn better. Took a real long time. I have a part-time job at home and then our personal files that have files that need to be shredded. I work at it for a while and then give the machine a break. I did have where one side was jammed and then it overheated. I turned it off and unplugged and was able to unjam with needle-nose pliers. I use to unjam a shredder at a previous employer. I am very pleased with the machine so far and I do respect the machine to not over-do it and use safety precautions--UNPLUG THE ELECTRIC CORD.

Bought it for it's looks and function. Have not tried 12 sheets at a time but 4-5 works and does not bog down. Wheels are a plus to store and move for access. I think that it is a little pricey but hard to find one lower that can do as many sheets.

This is an excellent shredder for the money. It shreds (not just slices into strips) up to 12 thin pieces of paper, perhaps 7-9 thick ones, and also has a CD shredder slot. You can use that CD slot to annihilate your old credit cards as well, which is super handy.

Excellent shredder. Only problem is that it overheats sometimes. Other than that, it does a fantastic job of destroying your unwanted documents and papers. It also works on credit cards and cd's.

Shredder works as advertised. Not very loud. Made from eco friendly product’s.will purchase again only larger basket.

Works great, shreds everything into small pieces that easily compact for disposal. Haven't had any issues with jamming or overheating even after running constantly shredding for around 10 minutes straight.

Awesome packaging, awesome product! wheels help ease a bit your back and it is quieter than the one i used to use. Bin does hold up a lot which is a plus for me and it looks slick :) Another bonus is that it includes lubricated sheets for the blades and once you register it they'll send you extra free ones - no extra charge at all not even shipping

Quiet, powerful, effective. Even though the guide says you can only run it at top power for 5 or so minutes and then must turn it off for an hour to cool, I found that just pausing to assemble papers was enough time to keep the machine operating for most of one hour. It wasn't nearly as loud as I expected, and the current draw was surprisingly low (I checked it with an ammeter).

This is the best shredder ive used so far. The micro cut makes the pieces much smaller than the cross cut. This means you empty the bin much less than you would the cross cut shredder which is what i had before this one. It uses less energy then a regular shredder and when you are not using it and its still plugged in it goes into power saving mode and draws no power from the outlet like any other appliance would normally do

This is a great machine, I like the cut and the fact that it can do credit cards. To me the wheels are not a great help, I would have preferred a taller machine then wheels on it. The piece of mind I get from shredding personal info is great.

Runs quite and handles multiple pages at a time. Only thing that I was not impressed with is the shredding of cd's/dvd's. My last shredder "Shredded" the disks. This Shredder cuts them into 4 strips.

I love this shredder, it has made my paperwork dissappear without worries. It works on credit cards and those annoying credit card advertisements that come in the mail, shreds the whole thing without needing to open it!

This is a very good shredder! Easily shreds multiple pages of paper and also shreds credit cards and disks. It is perfect for use as a home shredder.

Purchased the shredder to match the color of my home office. It works well, but the container feels a little flimsy.

Perfect shredder for a home office. Very solid, rollers are nice, shreds paper into tiny pieces. Happy with the performance so far!
