Just what I needed for in home use runs very quiet

Great shredder! Good value! Shreds 10 pages with ease!

Gets the job done quietly, quickly and efficiently. Although it can take more than 3-4 sheets at a time, I generally keep in that range as the noise level increases with more sheets. I'm simply noise-adverse, in no hurry, and do smaller runs more frequently.

It a great little shredder, it also compliments my office furniture. I would recommend anyone to purchase this shredder, also after registering the warranty, I was sent extra lubrication sheets for servicing the shredder.

This product seems to be an excellent option. It is smooth running while in operation and performs at optimal level.

It works thankfully. And it matches my house decor.

At the beginning, I was excited about this product. It was working so amazingly. But suddenly, it just stopped. I tried to follow the instructions with no luck. Not sure what went wrong but I'm left with a defective item. It's really too bad.

Unfortunately I didn`t even get to use this. It comes beautifully packaged, but when I took it out of the bag it comes in, the transparent plastic part on the drawer was missing, like completely missing. Not broken, just like it was never there. I returned it without any issues. Would like if BB offered more micro-cutters in our local store and that way I can inspect it right there and then w/o the hassle if something is wrong and returning.

Item was received defective and only worked in reverse. After troubleshooting, contacted customer service and was advised I received a defective item and to return it to the store.

This product was a gift and when she unpacked it, it was damaged. She is returning it. I can't recommend this for or against because it has not been used.
